Trial of New Health Declaration/Medical Certificate
In the second semester of 2008, a new health declaration/medical certificate format for Applications for Special Consideration was trialled by Pharmacy and Education students. This trial has now been extended to run through 2009 and to include the Faculty of Law and the School of Physical Education. The students involved have been given advice about the trial and have access to the template. The results will be considered at the end of the year and a decision made on whether the format will be introduced University-wide.
Please note that the current system of obtaining and submitting medical certificates as supporting documentation for Special Consideration (in the case of illness) continues to apply for all other students.
