Edition #163 - 24 September 2012
An election for 2 members to be elected by the students of the University of Otago to the University Council will be held on 10 October 2012. Further information may be obtained from the Returning Officer, Email: email@example.com and nomination forms can be downloaded from the link.
Vote in the OUSA 2013 Executive elections and let us know who YOU want to run OUSA and represent you! Our referendum also asks you what your view is on things like same sex marriage and the proposed asset sales, so it's your chance to let the world know what everyday students think. Voting is open until Thursday 4pm and every vote is in the chance to win a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2, and daily movie pass giveaways!
The OUSA Flatting Week is back again soon, and we need to know about cold damp flats, epic landlords and great flats. Let us know if your flat is an icebox by getting in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll keep you in the loop! Also get ready for those spring clean buckets, they're coming soon too! Keep an eye out on the OUSA facebook page for more info.

There will be skips out on Friday 28 September from 9am to 4pm so you can get rid of all that stuff you can’t put out in your black sacks or recycling bins. If you can, it’s probably best to get rid of your rubbish before 3.30pm, as skips which are taken away to be emptied towards the end of the collection period may not be replaced with a new skip.
If skips located closest to your flat are full, please take your rubbish to another skip.
Please make yourself familiar with the DCC rubbish collection service requirements for using DCC rubbish bags only and when to put out your recycling bins. Non-DCC rubbish bags will not be collected.
Thanks for your help to keep north Dunedin clean.
